Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and support the PRO desk in-store. You will manage calls, orders, and escalations while promoting PRO credit options and rewards programs.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, with preferred associate degree and 1 year in contractor-focused sales. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and travel is possible in-store activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
