Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services representative to deepen relationships with professional flooring contractors. You will learn PRO trends, support store PRO activities, and promote rewards and credit programs to grow PRO participation.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel up to 20% for customer-site presentations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class PRO customer experience.
• Support PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-ups, escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and expand participation.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
• Promote PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions.
