Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services Associate to build relationships with professional customers and expand their participation in PRO programs. You will support PRO desk operations, manage orders, and promote Floor & Decor credit options while collaborating with store teams to grow the PRO business.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of contractor sales experience, strong communication skills, and bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• At least 1 year in retail/wholesale contractor sales or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in the store and collaborate with the Store Team.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about our PRO offerings and enroll them in rewards programs.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
