Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Antioch, TN is seeking a PRO Services Sales Associate to cultivate relationships with professional customers in the flooring contractor space.

You will work with Installation Materials and Design Services to build the PRO sales organization and serve PRO customers. The role emphasizes PRO desk support, order handling, and outreach to sign up customers for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit solutions, while maintaining product knowledge and delivering strong service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant local language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and PRO Premier Rewards Program.
