Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring in Antioch, TN, for a role focused on building relationships with professional customers in the flooring sector. You'll execute PRO Services and work closely with the Store Team to identify opportunities and enhance sales experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the Store.
