Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, customer support.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify and serve PROs.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Experience with Salesforce / CRM software

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree or higher
