Job summary

You will monitor KPIs for professional customers and collaborate with the Pro Sales Manager to exceed sales and margin targets.

Responsibilities include prospecting, in-person appointments, end-to-end quoting, and leveraging resources such as Commercial Credit options

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred experience in account management or sales management.
• Home improvement or home building industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to develop strategies to grow sales and expand customer base.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration: participate in district/regional meetings and share weekly activities with the Pro Sales Manager.
• Cultivate net new sales relationships by representing The Home Depot Pro brand at local events and driving complex business expansion.
• Utilize Salesforce to plan calls, manage communications, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Sales prospecting: initiate customer meetings, present the value proposition, and target new business opportunities.
