Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General Studies background.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers to identify project opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' needs by learning project scope and material requirements to provide solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts and higher ticket values.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure on-time project completion.
