Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers on the floor, understand project scopes, timelines, dependencies and material needs to offer relevant solutions that grow Pro sales.

You will create quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders and deliveries, promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs, coordinate fulfillment, and nurture relationships to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products.
• 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues and assisting customers.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage Pro customers to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' projects and requirements.
• Create quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects.
• Walk the sales floor to prospect new Pro customers and nurture relationships.
