Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Hudson, MA is hiring a Pro Sales Associate to drive growth by engaging Pro customers, understanding project needs, and delivering tailored solutions on the floor and via quotes and orders.

You will promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with sales, fulfillment, and outside teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining a tidy Pro Desk area. Requires strong sales/service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• General Studies background helpful.
• 1 year of sales experience focusing on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify current and future project opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth.
• Develop an understanding of Pro customers' businesses and project needs by learning scope, timelines, dependencies, and material requirements to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to the Pro customer's project.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts, leading to increased Pro tickets and transactions.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
