Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driven driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in Bloomington. You will collect returns, service core items, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

Daily tasks include credit account collection, stock maintenance, and assisting walk-in customers with parts recommendations. You will build relationships with customers and teammates while using inventory systems, staying safety-focused, and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge or experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock areas.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
• Operate inventory systems and use store equipment.
