Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will pick up returns, drop off promotional materials, and help maintain storefront inventory and cleanliness.

A valid driver\'s license and strong customer service skills are required, with the ability to upsell and build relationships with commercial accounts. The role requires knowledge of inventory systems, English literacy, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automotive parts to pro customers.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns/cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking duties, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts/services.
• Operate delivery board system and inventory management tools.
