Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a customer-focused Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns. You will build lasting relationships with key accounts, assist with upselling, and help maintain clean, organized stores while staying compliant with safety and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities include daily credit collection, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting sales initiatives while working flexible days and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock; manage back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
