Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote sales and loyalty programs. You will maintain inventory knowledge, stock parts, and engage with customers to assess needs and offer solutions.

Responsibilities include daily credit account collection, upselling, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting cross-selling efforts while upholding safety standards and driving accuracy in deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
