Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will pick up returns, manage cores, and distribute sales flyers while promoting current offers and loyalty programs.

You will also collect credit accounts, build relationships with major pro customers, and assist in upselling to increase transaction value. The role requires strong product knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation ability.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude.
• Automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock; cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
