Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers from our San Antonio area store. You will also handle returns, core pickups, and assist in promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

In this role, you will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, collect credit payments, and use inventory systems to keep stock organized. A valid driver's license and strong English communication are essential; automotive parts knowledge is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
