Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and maintain clear, friendly communication with store staff and customers. You will also pick up returns, manage inventories, and assist with weekly promotions while promoting loyalty programs.

In this role you’ll build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, handle basic math for transactions, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have safe driving record and navigation skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measures.
• Effective communication with customers, peers, and leadership.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Collect on credit accounts and build relationships with customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
