Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will handle returns, promote loyalty programs, and collect credit accounts, while maintaining a clean store and assisting with inventory.

In this role you will engage with walk-in customers, upsell products, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. A valid license is required and automotive knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores; promote loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and upsell.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory in stock and back stock.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and build relationships with customers.
