Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver who will pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will collect credit accounts daily and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role emphasizes upselling and cross-selling to raise average transaction value, while keeping the store clean and stocked. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience with automotive parts is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
