Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Process orders via phone and online, invoice, direct picking and staging for delivery, route delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Enter daily mileages and ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited promptly; audit returns for warranty abuse.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; help with backroom duties.
• Support customer labor claims processing quickly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.
