Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist who serves professional customers at the installer counter, oversees delivery scheduling, and ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, excellent communication, and collaboration with sales teams. ASE certification and multilingual abilities are a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take and process customer orders by phone and online; invoice and direct parts for delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages and ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify and bill all core and warranty parts before customers leave.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; help with backroom duties.
• Support processing of customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
