Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders via phone and online; invoice orders; direct parts for delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained to company standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and record mileages.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed.
• Ensure core and warranty returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and label items correctly.
• Assist on front and retail counters; help with backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
