Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection.
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, product features, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
• Follows all Lowe’s safety policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Loader-specific: engage Pro loading area, assist with loading and order fulfillment, ensure order accuracy and safety.
• Garden Center-specific: assist loading in Garden Center, ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup.
