Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader to assist customers and move merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers locate, select, and load items, support checkout and order fulfillment, and ensure accurate preparation of customer and contractor orders.

You will operate store equipment safely, maintain stock levels, and assist in large or complex orders. Prior retail/loading experience is valued, with a focus on safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answering questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
