Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills for inventory and checkout systems.
• Familiarity with common retail technology (phones, tablets, scanners) is preferred.
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure or registrations as needed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while addressing questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operates power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collects carts and keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe within store and parking lot.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques according to order size and fulfillment needs.
