Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader for various store roles to assist customers, load orders, and keep areas clean and safe. You will use store tech and power equipment, supporting checkout, fulfillment, and large orders with accuracy.

The role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and proactive customer assistance across Pro and Garden Center areas. Experience with basic retail tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide SMART service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answer questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment with product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
