Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as handheld devices.
• Sales licensure or registration may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and store-wide customer needs.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders promptly.
• Operate store equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking as needed.
• Assist with loading for Pro and Garden Center orders as required.
• Identify and report safety hazards and security concerns.
