Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Moore, OK is seeking a Loader to support customer service and store operations. You will assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, help with checkout, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.

You will use power equipment and store technology safely, keep stock replenished, and help ensure accuracy for large orders while maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months experience using a computer.
• Must have 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management/Asset Protection.
• Operate store equipment as needed based on role (e.g., Zebra phone, CCTV, copiers, computers).
• Communicate stock, special orders, product features, warranties, and Lowe’s programs to customers.
