Job summary

Crew2 in Indianapolis is seeking a Pro Sales Specialist to qualify, sell, and process Pro flooring purchase orders and manage leads for top-tier customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with Pro customers, coordinate with outside sales reps, train stores, and present solutions to grow market share in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s in business administration or related field; 5+ years in sales, preferably in interior construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years in sales, preferably in the interior construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Pro customer relationships to establish repeat business.
• Meet monthly with our client's outside sales representatives to develop strategic plans for growth.
• Monitoring sales data to identify stores in need of training.
• Set up monthly meetings with key Pro customers to present solutions to their businesses.
• Conduct in store trainings to build confidence in the Pro flooring programs.
• Other duties as assigned
