Job summary

Crew2 in Indianapolis is seeking a Pro Sales Specialist to qualify, sell, and process Pro flooring purchase orders and manage leads for top-tier customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with Pro customers, coordinate with outside sales reps, train stores, and present solutions to grow market share in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s in business administration or related field; 5+ years in sales, preferably in interior construction.

Summary

The Pro Sales Specialist is responsible for qualifying, selling and processing Pro flooring purchase orders and managing leads from our customer to ensure our client's Pro customers are given the highest level of satisfaction and taking market share.

Essential Functions

• Developing and maintaining Pro customer relationships to establish repeat business
• Meet monthly with our client's outside sales representatives to develop strategic plans for growth
• Monitoring sales data to identify stores in need of training
• Set up monthly meetings with key Pro customers to present solutions to their businesses
• Conduct in store trainings to build confidence in the Pro flooring programs
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the interior construction industry..
