Job summary

Savista is seeking a Pro Fee Coder in Kentucky to review clinical documents and assign ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for hospital, clinic, and physician billing.

You will validate APC calculations, abstract data, and ensure compliance with HIPAA while collaborating with client staff and Savista teams. Requirements include active coding credentials and at least two years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Active AHIMA or AAPC credential required.
• Two years of hands-on coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS.
• Excellent communication and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types.
• Review facility records to ensure accurate coding.
• Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with client staff for data integrity.
• Stay current with coding guidelines and regulations.
