Job summary

The Home Depot in Poplar Bluff, MO is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee Pro standards, customer service, and operational processes while driving Pro sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups to ensure a fast, accurate customer experience.

As MOD and a member of the leadership group, you’ll coach associates, manage staffing, safety, and opening/closing duties, and collaborate with specialists to implement Pro strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service as a Pro Experience Manager, ensuring fast, accurate Pro customer flow and product availability.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and coaching; manage performance documentation and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, safety compliance, and daily store readiness with leadership collaboration.
