Job summary

The Home Depot in Alpena, MI seeks a Pro Experience Manager to join the store leadership team. You will oversee Pro customer service, department readiness, and operational processes, driving Pro Xtra signups, timely deliveries, and a safe, compliant work environment.

You’ll coach associates, manage MOD responsibilities, and partner with Store Leaders to execute Pro strategies. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on customer experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience managing people and retail operations
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Lead Pro Department operations and customer service to ensure fast, accurate service and Pro signups.
• Recruitment input and coaching to improve sales, service and product knowledge.
• Enforce safety policies, SOPs, and opening/closing procedures and maintain store readiness.
