Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team in Chehalis, WA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional Pro customer service, optimizing Pro area readiness, and ensuring efficient operations.

You will partner with the Pro team to execute strategies that drive sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups. As MOD when required, you will comply with SOPs, coach associates, and ensure timely deliveries and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations
• 1+ year of leadership experience, ideally in big box retail
• Knowledge of the home improvement industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead store-wide initiatives to improve customer service, department readiness, and operations.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety, and service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and MOD responsibilities following SOPs.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and Specialty Managers to input Pro strategies and improve Pro customer flow.
