Job summary

ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Stronger Coach for a Pro Athlete Strength & Conditioning Director role. After initial training, leadership of the new Germantown facility may be offered, with opportunities to grow into a Director position within the ETS network.

The role requires guiding athletes from youth to pro levels, delivering high-level conditioning programs, and committing to a 40-60 hour week with on-site responsibilities in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Pro athlete strength and conditioning experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop others within a growth-focused organization.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Train pros and up-and-coming athletes to peak performance.
• Lead the ETS Performance team and manage program development.
• Collaborate with directors and partners to drive growth and outcomes.
