Job summary

ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN, is hiring a PRO ATHLETE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING DIRECTOR to train the pros and up-and-coming stars. After a 3-month training period at our Minnesota headquarters, you could become director of the new ETS Germantown facility, with a very competitive salary and benefits.

You will work with youth, high school, college and professional athletes in an energetic environment, applying proven training systems and growth opportunities within a fast-growing national

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness strength training experience
• Ability to lead a team and train high-performance athletes
• Willingness to relocate or travel as needed to support expansion

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor pro and developing athletes in a high-energy training environment
• Develop and implement strength, speed, and conditioning programs for athletes
• Evaluate athlete progress and adjust training plans accordingly
• Collaborate with directors and staff to support ETS Performance Services
