Job summary

ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Strong Lead Strength & Conditioning Director to train pro and aspiring athletes. After a 3‑month training period at our Minnesota headquarters, the candidate may lead the new Germantown facility as Director.

You will work with NFL players and top athletes, advancing performance with proven systems, and collaborating with ETS sports directors nationwide for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching strength and conditioning at youth through professional levels.
• Willingness to relocate or train at multiple ETS locations.
• Experience arranging athlete evaluations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Train pro and developing athletes to maximize performance.
• Lead the team and manage staff and facility operations.
• Conduct regular athlete evaluations and monitor progress.
