Job summary

ETS Performance in Minnesota is hiring a Strength & Conditioning Director to train and lead top athletes, guiding the team after a training period at our Minnesota headquarters. The role targets professional and emerging athletes across multiple sports, with a pathway toward directing our expanding facilities.

The ideal candidate has a background as a GA or Head Strength Coach, a passion for youth and college athletes, and a commitment to developing elite performers within ETS’s proven systems.

Qualifications

• GA or Head Strength Coach seeking an opportunity to lead a program.
• Three months of training at ETS headquarters in Minnesota.
• Strong interest in working with youth, high school, college and professional athletes.
• Willingness to grow with ETS Performance and contribute to its expansion.

Responsibilities

• Train pros and up-and-coming stars to achieve uncommon results.
• Lead the team as Director and help establish the new ETS Germantown facility.
• Drive athlete development across multiple sports and levels.
• Uphold a professional athlete atmosphere and development culture.
