Job summary

ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Professional Athlete Strength & Conditioning Director to train professional and developing athletes using advanced training methods. After approximately 3 months of training at our Minnesota headquarters, you could become the Director of our soon-to-be ETS Cincinnati facility.

ETS Performance has a track record of producing elite athletes and operates across nearly 40 locations in the USA.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness strength training (2 years required).
• Ability to lead and develop athletes toward high-performance goals.
• Willingness to relocate to Minnesota for training at headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Train pros and up-and-coming stars to maximize performance.
• Lead a team of CTS/SPS and coordinate with directors and coaches.
• Perform minimum weekly athlete evaluations and maintain a high-performance training environment.
