Job summary

ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN is hiring for a Pro Athlete Strength & Conditioning Director, up to $150,000 annually. The role progresses from a GA or Head Strength Coach to Director after 3 months of training at our Minnesota headquarters, with relocation assistance and a strong benefits package.

We partner with NFL players and other elite athletes and seek leaders who will grow with us as our nationwide footprint expands.

Qualifications

• Experience: Fitness Strength Training: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to lead and develop athletes across youth, high school, college and professional levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform a minimum of 3-5 new athlete evaluations each week.
• Arrive 30 minutes early to work each day.
• Be present and command the training floor during all ETS training sessions.
• Provide a training update/progress report for athletes' parents.
• Interview and hire new staff/interns each semester/quarter.
