ETS Performance is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Director to lead a high-performance team at our Minnesota headquarters and potentially relocate to a new facility. The role focuses on training elite athletes and developing the next generation of leaders within a thriving private sector sports performance company.

The ideal candidate has extensive strength training experience, leadership ability, and a passion for growing athletes across youth, high school, college, and professional levels

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness strength training at a high level.
• Ability to mentor and motivate athletes to achieve top performance.
• Willingness to relocate and work in private sector sports performance.

Responsibilities

• Train pros and up-and-coming stars to achieve uncommon results.
• Lead ETS Performance Specialists and collaborate with coaches and directors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and high performance in all training sessions.
