ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN seeks a PRO ATHLETE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING DIRECTOR to train elite athletes and guide the program growth. After a 3-month onboarding at our Minnesota HQ, the successful candidate could advance toward our soon-to-be Germantown facility director role.

The ideal match has experience as a GA or head strength coach, a passion for youth through professionals, and a track record of developing athletes to peak performance within our proven systems; compensation includes

Responsibilities
