ETS Performance is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Director to lead our athlete development programs from our Minnesota base with a potential move toward directing the Germantown facility after training. The role involves overseeing top athletes, coordinating with partner NFL players and ETS staff, and delivering high-level conditioning, performance testing and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness strength training (2+ years) required.
• Experience coaching athletes at various levels (youth to pro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train pros and up-and-coming athletes to perform at the highest level.
• Lead and mentor athletes with proven training systems to achieve performance gains.
• Develop program(s) for speed, strength, and conditioning across multiple sports.
• Collaborate with ETS teams to drive athlete development and program adherence.
