UCF Lake Nona Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist PRN to perform high-frequency ultrasound exams across general, OB/GYN, and vascular imaging. You will operate ultrasound equipment, adhere to ACR protocols, and help ensure efficient workflow within the Imaging Services Department.

Responsibilities include producing diagnostic exams, maintaining sterile techniques, and assisting radiologists when required, with opportunities to support daily operations and documentation in PACS.

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) is required; RVT preferred.
• Vocational school graduate in Diagnostic Imaging.
• 1 year of experience is required.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Perform ultrasound procedures (general, OB/GYN, vascular) following ACR protocols and radiologist guidelines.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and manage workflow including PACS for permanent records.
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist radiologists when needed.
