PACS Group is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility during your tour of duty, ensuring care meets federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, developing and updating policies, maintaining manuals, and participating in quality assurance and committees. Must hold an active RN license and be able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and active RN license.
• 2+ years experience in long-term care preferable.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to develop policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Direct nursing staff in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in developing and updating policies and procedures.
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with Nursing Service Manual.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• Attend committee meetings and report to DON/ADON.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents as required.
• Maintain patient records and incident reports.
