Job summary

PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the tour of duty, ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The role supports administration by maintaining quality resident care and coordinating with DON/ADON and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license, a nursing degree, and proven ability to lead a team, manage documentation, and uphold policy

Qualifications

• RN license required and valid in-state.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local nursing regulations.

Responsibilities
