Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities at our California facility. The role requires leadership in directing nursing services and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, admissions/discharges, QA participation, and staff supervision. A current RN license and CPR certification are essential, with preference for rehabilitative nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in the state where the facility operates.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to procedures and maintain the Nursing Service Manual.
• Participate in care plan development, discharge planning, and QA activities.
• Perform rounds, admissions, transfers, and discharges; monitor medications and treatments.
