Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The role includes directing nursing services, developing procedures, and coordinating with other departments to maintain the resident’s total regimen of care.

The RN will participate in committee activities, manage staffing, and ensure documentation is completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Assist in directing nursing services and coordinating with other resident services to maintain continuity of care.
• Develop and maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff compliance.
• Participate in committees and prepare reports related to nursing programs and activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing and delegate authority to nursing staff as needed.
