Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff across hospital departments.
• Assist with staffing decisions based on patient census and acuity.
• Serve as the administrative point of contact for hospital operations.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
• Respond to Code Blue and other emergency situations.
