Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative representative when administration is not present.
• RN supervisor will oversee and guide nursing staff under their supervision.
• Interface with hospital staff and ancillary departments to address patient care concerns and assist in resolutions.
• Maintain performance skills and be available for weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and on-call status.
